Rapper and actor Nick Cannon has been linked romantically to Flavor of Love winner Nikki "Hoopz" Alexander. Cannon, who split with girlfriend Christina Milian last fall, isn't quite ready to commit to anyone. I mean like I'm making records about gigolos and dime pieces. I mean like get the hint." Alexander has also been linked to rapper T.I. In related news, Cannon will release his second album, Stages, this summer on his own Can I Ball Records which is distributed by Universal Motown Records.
