I have a sort of love/hate relationship with it, but I am satisfied. oo2. Song: Hand of Sorrow Artist: Within Temptation Program: Vegas Footage: kh-vids.net oo3. I chose Riku as the focus because this song most suited to him. Here is the little storyline. Sephiroth has been terrorizing Midgar and Hollow Bastion for years now, he is regarded as a demon. Riku, Sephiroth's child was hidden on Destiny Islands without a name. There, he grew up with Sora and Kairi, his best friends. However, as the events of Kingdom Hearts took place, he lost sight of right and wrong, and abandoned his friends, betraying Sora in order to find Kairi. Once found, Riku chose to attain power over return to the islands with his friends. He became Maleficent's hand, capable of destroying everything or safeguarding it. Eventually, he couldn't believe that he had chosen power over Kairi, and wished he could go back. Requesting for both Kairi and the power, he only made Ansem laugh. Riku then reflects on everything he left behind and the dreams that were broken. Particularily Kairi. Through the events of KH2, he and Kairi met again, and he felt tarnished and unworthy of her love. In her eyes, he was still the noble and wise leader he had always been. Kairi had forgiven him, but still Riku questioned whether he would *really* be forgiven for all that he had done to his friends.
